Which Item Number is Correct? Orono's Inconsistent Documentation

Well, this is interesting. The Agenda for tonight's Planning Commission doesn't match the actual Item number listed. We are within 12 hours of the meeting and who knows which item is actually on the agenda?

Is Item 1 Murphy & Co or Matt Johnson's development boondoggle? Is the Agenda correct or the pdf of Item 1? (see cover page of Item one on our facebook post 5/15/23).

And how can Matt Johnson be the City Council representative when he has at least one or maybe two items on the agenda?

Let's call out #MisappropriationMatt and tell him to stop apparently gaming the system. You took Public Land with Lake Access for your own wealth portfolio and then asked for and received a variance. In both of these instances you were treated not as a resident, but as a apparently as buddy to the Mayor who incidentally paid for your campaign materials.

If you find any of this unethical or inappropriate, please do write to Julie Blaha, Minnesota State Auditor here: https://www.osa.state.mn.us/.../contact-us/report-a-concern/
