Orono Council member Maria Veach sets up her own Official Government page on Facebook

So how can this be an "Official Government Page"? Does this follow Orono's Social Media Rules? If Maria is running for office doesn't it need a disclaimer? Isn't this misleading?

How and why is this different from a personal page Ms. Veach? Does this follow Facebook Community rules?
